From Interstate I-79 Exit 19 (Clendenin) take Rt. 119 South about 2 miles to the intersection with Rt. 4 at Elk River. Turn Right at the stop sign and go about 400 yards. Turn Left at the 3-way stop sign and cross the bridge over Elk River. Our Office is the second building on the Left. Take the gravel driveway to a large parking lot around the side. Welcome!

From Rt. 33, Elkins exit, travel south about 1.6 miles to the intersection with Harrison Avenue. At the stop light, turn Right and go about 800 yards past the Davis Memorial Hospital. Turn Left on Reed Street and go about two blocks. The First Church of Christ is on the right. Turn Left on Main Street and go about 100 yards past Davis Health Systems Cardiology and Respiratory Care. Our Office is a one story brick building on the Right, and is the same building in which Dr. Rhee, the pediatrician, and Dr. San Pablo, the internist practice. Come on in!
